We would like to remind our customers that we are a shipping and transportation company, not a moving company.
Drivers are not responsible for the loading or unloading of freight on-to or off-of the trailer
However, it is up to the discretion of the driver if they would like to help the loading or unloading process.
Freight must be packed and located to a single location upon arrival
In order for the driver to help with the loading process, we ask that our customers locate their freight to their driveway or inside their garage with a pathway that provides safe and easy access.
Upon arrival at the drop-off location, the driver will only assist in the unload process if it is being placed in a driveway or inside of a garage with a pathway that provides safe and easy access.
Drivers will not carry freight up or down stairs
Drivers are responsible for safely securing the customer’s freight inside the trailer by means of the drivers preferred tie-down method.

- Service Fee Waived + $50 Off Payment if Paid in Full up Front
