Drivers are not responsible for the loading or unloading of freight on-to or off-of the trailer

However, it is up to the discretion of the driver if they would like to help the loading or unloading process. Driver will decide based on load type and placement of load upon arrival.

Drivers are responsible for safely securing the customer’s freight to the trailer by means of the drivers preferred tie-down method.
