Drivers are responsible for safely securing the customer’s order inside or on-to our trailer by means of the drivers preferred tie-down method

Drivers are not responsible for the payment of a customer’s order

Order must be fully paid for before our driver arrives to the store in which they are picking up from

Drivers are not fully responsible for the full unload process

However, it is up to the discretion of the driver if they would like to help this process. Driver will decide based on load type and placement of load upon arrival. 

Upon arrival at the drop-off location, the driver will only assist in the unload process if the order is being placed in a yard, driveway, or inside of a garage with a pathway that provides safe and easy access.

We would like to ask our customers to contact us regarding availability before they place their hardware store or lumber order.

In the event that a department store order is purchased before our services are purchased, and we are unavailable to pick up your order:

• We are not responsible for the purchase, return, or reimbursement of the customer’s order to or from the store.
• We are not responsible for the cost of an alternate shipping service 

Drivers are not responsible for the mistakes made by any hardware store or lumber yard

In the event that the freight that our driver delivers is not what the customer ordered:

• We are not responsible for returning the customer’s order back to the store
• We will offer to return the order for half of the original cost of delivery, as well as deliver the correct order for half of the original cost of delivery
• Final Payment is Due Upon Booking
• 3% Service Fee for Credit/Debit Purchases
• We accept Cash, Credit, Debit, Venmo, and Cashapp
• Call or Email for Quote
